Greetings from Manchesterrr to Cardiff <3

I've been seeing videos posted on FB related to the celebration of LFC win over United last weekend. I've seen the goal. Yes, just one goal. I'm yet to see the other goal. I saw people with banners and flags. And I've been reading comments about the referee being one-sided. And red cards being shown. I still don't know until now who actually got red-carded. And I wonder siapa United punya keeper. VDS? Hmm. Malas ku kan google. Hampa saja saya baca scoreline nya.

Anyways, I was smiling to myself when I saw these videos. It amazed me to see local fans so UNITED singing along to this one song (I don't know what it is but I'm guessing its the team's theme song) after a goal was scored. The atmosphere was unbelievable. I'm very much impressed. Bruneians are really really really into BPL, esp. the top-guns. I wonder what would happen if the fans of these two teams were put under one roof during the match. Would be more fun probably. Nah... kidding. Jangan tah simpan under one roof. Karang bercakar. Hilang cool, hilang handsome, hilang segala :P

A month later

I am never good with dates. Bukan dates as in dates sama orang by the way. I'm referring to dates as in hari bulan. If it weren't for my housemates I would never have guess that today is the day. Today is the DAY! A month since I left home. A month baru! A month wah. It feels like forever somehow.

Being in final year, I should by now, be used to being away. I've been here before. I've seen this place before. But kan I have to say, I miss home lagi banyak now than ever before. Somehow. I don't know how and I don't know why but that's just the way it is now. I get homesick easily lately. Blergh. It's no good. It's not healthy.

And today is also the DAY! We're having one "extra" hour tonight due daylight saving. Cali ah. How come they tukar the hour just like that? Instead of seven hours difference dengan beloved Brunei now ada eight hours if I'm not mistaken. I'm so going to wake up at 2 later. Often we wish that we could turn back "time". Now this is the time. I'm going to see the jam on my lappy go one hour back. It will go back to 1 AM when it reaches 2 AM.

The world won't stop and grief with you

It was only yesterday that it really hit me that world cup in South Africa will take place next year! Next year wah! During summer! i.e. Next summer! I was a little bit heart broken. Maybe not a little bit. Banyak kali.

Yes I know, who the heck care if I was broken hearted. Sendiri berkayuh.

And oh we're in the final week of Syawal now. My Syawal was a real blessing :) Hope yours was too. Assalamualaikum.
